Is the ₹0 setup really free, or is it free-to-start?
Free, full stop. There's no setup fee, no monthly subscription, and no card required to list your property. The only charge is the 7% commission, and only once a guest's stay is confirmed.
Exactly when is the 7% charged?
After check-in, once the stay is confirmed as completed — not at the moment of booking. A cancellation or no-show is never billed.
Can I keep listing on OTAs at the same time?
Yes. StayWithUs runs alongside your existing OTA listings — most properties keep both and simply shift the balance toward direct over time as guests find the direct link.
